The principal study areas of the Center are:
– development of new complex agrochemicals (plant growth regulators, fertilizers) and studies of their effect on biological objects, including those under active stress factors of the environment;
– development of technologies to use new agrochemicals in plant growing, forestry and forage making;
– development of chemical-and-biological methods for optimizing plant mineral nutrition and improving their resistance to environment stresses;
– development of new methods for producing biologically active substances and multi-purpose intermediate products for thin organic synthesis;
– analysis of economic and environmental efficiency of R&D results, drawing up of respective methodological and normative documents.
Research results proposed for cooperative commercialization:
– technologies for using new biologically active substances – plant growth regulators independently and jointly with trace elements and plant-protection agents as well as complex nitrogen-carbon fertilizers on the basis of ammonium-carbonate compounds in plant growing and forestry; technologies for municipal services in cultivating planting stock of decorative cultures and lawn grasses for landscape gardening in cities;
– technologies for using preservatives in long-term storage of forage grain, hay of high humidity, haylage and silage.
